hello everyone so i i am here today with the second video regarding western blood quantification in my previous video you all see that how i showed you to obtain the values of your protein bands from the image so in this video i will show you how to further analyze your data which you obtained from image j to determine the highest protein expression among your different sample groups so letamp;#39;s get started here you can see that in my excel file i already have the acting values and er values that have been obtained from the image now further i have to normalize my protein of interest values with my loading control values which is the beta acting so for this i will start dividing my protein of interest values with the loading control values as you can see i am dividing uh er of protein values with the loading control one by one so i will keep dividing and this uh to analyze my data and to further know the highest protein expression among different groups of samples so here you can
