let me show you how to blur a background in photoshop start by making two background duplicates then from the properties panel click on remove background to avoid ghosting we will need a clean background without the main subject enable the bottom layer and go into the select menu and choose subject expand the selection by going into select modify and expand 5 pixels should work now remove the main subject by going into edit content aware fill the default settings should work but make sure to output into the current layer disable the selection right click on the background and select convert to smart object to keep the blur editable next go into filter neural filters select depth blur and from the preview window click on where her feet should be to keep this area in focus increase the blur and add a little bit of grain to match the rest of the photo output as a smart filter this is my result like and follow for more photo
