To export your table to Microsoft Excel: On the command line in AutoCAD, enter TABLEEXPORT . When prompted, select the table that you want to export. Enter the desired filename and save the file in the CSV file format. Open the resulting CSV file in Excel. Format the table as desired.
Select all block attributes you want to update. Go to the Express Tools menu Blocks category Export Attributes (ATTOUT). Export it as a text file. Open the text file in Excel.
Solution: Convert the text objects to one Mtext object by entering the command line TXT2MTXT and selecting the text objects. For a table limit the columns with commas. Double click on the MText object and Copy the text (Ctrl + C) Now launch Microsoft Excel and paste the data into one cell.
