foreign and welcome back in this session we are going to understand the concept of overflow so without any further Ado letamp;#39;s get to learning coming to the outcome of todayamp;#39;s session today we will at first acquire the understanding of overflow thereafter we will learn how to recognize overflow now overflow is a condition which indicates that some operations have been performed on some data and afterwards the computer is unable to accommodate the result in the predefined storage space which was specified for it let me illustrate now we already know with four bits and twoamp;#39;s complement form if we place one in the MSB space and in the remaining places if we keep on placing zeros we end up acquiring the value minus eight basically this is the pattern using which induced complement representation we can represent the magnitude minus 8. now think about a situation suppose we would like to add two negative eights now in this Edition these three places will remain zeros n

In PHP, the base64encode() function adds the padding character by default. The base64decode() function can decode both padded and unpadded Base64-enoded text. In PHP 8.4, the base64encode() function supports a second parameter named $padding to toggle the padding behavior.
Base64 strings tend to end in one or two equal signs, but not always! These strings are not exact representations of the binary data in ASCII, because padding is applied to ensure the string length is a multiple of 4 characters. Each equal sign represents two bits of zero-padding.
Base64 is a binary to a text encoding scheme that represents binary data in an American Standard Code for Information Interchange (ASCII) string format. Its designed to carry data stored in binary format across the channels, and it takes any form of data and transforms it into a long string of plain text.
Since Base64 uses 24-bit sequences, padding is needed when the original binary cannot be divided into a 24-bit sequence. You have probably seen this type of padding before represented by printed equal signs (=).
The = sign is used to indicate padding if the input string length is not a multiple of 3 bytes. If we have four bytes for the input, then the base64 encoding ends with two equal signs, just to indicate that it had to add two characters of padding.
As this example illustrates, Base64 encoding converts three octets into four encoded characters. = padding characters might be added to make the last encoded block contain four Base64 characters. Hexadecimal to octal transformation is useful to convert between binary and Base64.
What is Radix 64 Encoding? Radix 64 encoding allows binary data stored in octets (i.e. bytes) to be expressed as printable characters.
Base 64 encoding using alphanumeric chars, + , / , and = as the padding character. Base 64 encoding with URL and Filename Safe Alphabet using alphanumeric chars, - , , and also = as the padding character.
