The white blinking light usually indicates a power issue. Here are a few steps you can try: Disconnect the charger and remove the battery if possible. Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds to drain any residual power.
Flashing red The battery charge is low. Solid red The battery charge is critically low.
Blinking whiteComputer is in a low-power state, S3. This does not indicate a fault. Solid amberComputer is experiencing a boot failure, including the power-supply unit.
Blinking white battery LED indicates the adapter connected to the system is either non Dell or non compatible. Could you please confirm if you are using Dell compatible ac adapter? You may try reseating the AC adapter or try a known good adapter - if the fault follows with the adapter it may need a replacement.
Power and battery-status light Indicates the power and battery-charge status. Solid white Power adapter is connected and the battery has more than 5 percent charge.
Continuous Blinking: If the power light blinks continuously, it might indicate a battery-related issue. Your laptop may not be receiving power properly, or the battery might be failing. Try plugging in your laptop and check if it charges. If it doesnt, your charger or battery may need replacement.
Blinking whiteThe system is unable to boot to the operating system. This indicates that the power supply is normal but another device in the system is failing or not installed properly. NOTE: See the light patterns to determine if the device that is failing. OffSystem is in hibernation or turned off.
Indicates the power and battery-charge status. Solid whitePower adapter is connected and the battery has more than 5 percent charge. Solid amberComputer is running on battery and the battery has less than 5 percent charge.
