oh it's 100% improvement when I was brought into deep sea when I first started my first evaluation they handed me this booklet called the PPAP I didn't understand it no one explained it to me when I was in New York City my evaluation consisted of two full lesson observations so full 45-minute period or full 90-minute period observations by my principal that I knew when they were gonna happen and I was rated just based on I wasn't sure what - satisfactory or unsatisfactory under impact I'm evaluated through a few different lenses one of which is the observation so five times throughout the year I am observed three times by my principal and two times by a master educator those observations lead to a score one through four and those scores are an average of a nine point rubric that they use to evaluate us between five evaluations throughout the year you get a pretty good picture you know because one observation or two observations I don't feel are enough for me to really know my practice...

The Rorschach test is a projective psychological test in which subjects' perceptions of inkblots are recorded and then analyzed using psychological interpretation, complex algorithms, or both. Some psychologists use this test to examine a person's personality characteristics and emotional functioning.
It soon became clear that information about the Rorschach being an evidence-based instrument was Level 3 information to them.
Another key criticism of the Rorschach is that it lacks reliability. 4 Reliability means you get the same results no matter who is scoring the test. Scoring relies heavily on examiner interpretation. Because of this, two examiners can arrive at two very different conclusions when looking at the same person's responses.
The psychologist Pieter Drenth has come to describe the test as “pseudoscientific diagnosis,” while for the psychologist and sceptical researcher Benjamin Radford the test “should be relegated to the pile of once-promising but now-discredited psychological tests.”
The Rorschach test, used in conjunction with other diagnostic tools, is a projective measure for identifying a person's state of mind and various personality traits. The inkblots have up to 300 different reported interpretations for each blot.
With the exception of schizophrenia and similarly severe thought disorders, the Rorschach fails to spot any common mental illnesses accurately. The list of what it fails to diagnose includes depression, anxiety disorders, psychopathic personality, and violent and criminal tendencies.
This test was designed to look for patterns of thought disorder in schizophrenia and has evolved to include other areas, like personality, emotional disorders, and intelligence. The Rorschach has been standardized using the Exner system and is effective in measuring depression, psychosis, and anxiety.
Most will see two human figures facing each other, surrounded by flowers, orchids and a butterfly. Three-quarters of the test subjects say they see people in this card. If the test person does not see at least one human figure, it will be interpreted as an unusual reaction to social interaction.
But whether it accurately measures personality as well is up for debate. Finally, critics have suggested that the Rorschach lacks reliability. Two different testers might come up with two different personality profiles for the same person. I am also sceptical about the scientific validity of the Rorschach.
There are generally two problems with these tests: scoring reliability and validity. A measure is reliable when different people who tabulate the responses arrive at similar conclusions; all three psychological measures showed problematic or even poor reliability, ing to the researchers.
