hi so today Im going to show you how to make bullet points appear line by line both automatically and by using the mouse so here Ive just set up a default document nothing too complicated with a series of bullet points so what we need to do Im just going to click on one of these bullet points which will bring up this border here and then Im going to just simply click at the bottom right and drag my cursor up to the top left and then Im going to go to up to animations and within the animations tab were presented with this ribbon here and what this allows us to do is select from a number of different options and these options refer to the way in which your bullet points will appear in your presentation so I think the most common one is this fly in here so Im just going to click on that and then what happens is that on the right hand side this menu will appear here an each bullet point will have a number to the left now if we were just to click on our slide show and click on mouse

Select a shape in a drawing window. On the Developer tab, in the Shape Design group, click Shape Name. In the Shape Name dialog box, enter a name. The ID of the shape is listed at the top of the Shape Name dialog box.
Open up the selection pane, which should be accessed either by Home-Arrange-Selection Pane or if you have the shape selected, Format-[Arrange Panel]-Selection Pane. You can see, select, order, and rename shapes. Handy!
On the Insert tab, select Link. In the Insert Hyperlink dialog box, select the Place in This Document tab. In the Select a place in this document box, under Slide Titles, select the slide title that corresponds to the title you selected in step 1. Click OK to insert a hyperlink on your table of content slide.
Select the text in the shape that you want to add bullets or numbering to. Select the Home tab on the ribbon, and in the Paragraph group, select Bullets or Numbering.
On the Format tab, in the Shape Styles group, click Shape Effects, and select an option from the list. To add or change a built-in combination of effects, point to Preset, and then click the effect that you want. To customize the built-in effect, click 3-D Options, and then choose the options that you want.
Now, lets see how to insert an IFrame to PPT in an easy way. 1. Go to the HTML web page that you want to add to your PowerPoint presentation and copy its web address (URL). If you only want to insert an element of the web page, find its IFrame code, and copy the URL from the embed code.
Get the embed code Open your presentation in PowerPoint for the web. On the File tab of the Ribbon, click Share, and then click Embed. In the Embed box, under Dimensions, select the correct dimensions for the blog or web page. Under Embed Code, right-click the code, click Copy, and then click Close.
Use the Zoom out function on the bottom right corner of the screen to focus on the area you want to trace. Go to Lines option under auto shapes menu and find the freeform tool. When you see the photo as a series of small geometric shapes, you can trace the entire picture bit by bit by clicking on the corners.
