How do you blot dot in register with DocHub?

  1. First, upload your register to DocHub.
  2. Next, select ADD NEW > Select from Device or transfer your form yourself from the cloud.

How to blot dot in the register

Dot blot is an efficient method for detecting biological samples like proteins or nucleic acids, functioning similarly to western and southern blotting. However, in dot blotting, samples are directly applied to a membrane instead of being transferred from a gel, allowing for easier detection. This simplicity makes dot blot versatile for various applications, including monitoring labeling efficiency with different probes, estimating specific protein concentrations, and comparing antibody performance. For instance, to assess labeling efficiency of a biotin-labeled sample, one would compare it with a known biotinylated reference standard by performing serial dilutions on both, starting with a 10-fold dilution to achieve a broad range of samples.

Select Banking from the top of your Accounts List. Select the gear icon to the upper right of the register. Click Reviewed so it has a checkmark next to it.
Ok, so the blue dot is an un-reconciled downloaded transaction.
In a connected account, a blue dot appears for all downloaded transactions. An orange pencil icon turns blue when the transaction is matched with a downloaded transaction. After reviewing all of the downloaded transactions, its easy to mark them as reviewed.
The red pencil icon indicates that the transaction was manually entered in your connected account register but is not yet matched with the downloaded transaction. If you see the unmatched icon and notice that it should have matched, you can drag and drop the transaction onto a downloaded transaction to manually match.
Answers. Go to the Connected Services tab in Settings and uncheck Automatically improve the quality of downloaded payee names and categories. That should stop Quicken from changing categories outside of your own rules.
