Step 1:Highlight the range of cells containing the data and formulas you want to transpose. Step 2: Press `Ctrl + C` or right-click and select Copy. Step 3: Right-click on the cell where you want the transposed data to begin. Choose Paste Special.
To convert columns into rows in Excel, follow these steps: Select the columns you want to transpose. Press Ctrl+C to copy the columns. Click the cell where you want to paste the transposed columns. Press Ctrl+Alt+V to Paste Special. In the Paste Special dialog box, select Transpose and click OK.
