Add a comment Select Review New Comment. Or select New if the Comments pane is open. You can also add a comment by selecting Insert Comment. In the Comments pane, type your message in the box and select Post or press Ctrl+Enter.
To begin, Open PowerPoint, and Click Comments at the top right secondary menu under the home tab. Click the Three dots at the right corner of the comment. Click Resolve thread in the dropdown.
To insert a speech bubble in PowerPoint click on Insert menu in the PowerPoint Ribbon. Then go to Shapes and insert one of the Callouts shapes. Here you can choose from different speech bubbles, including round rectangular callout but also some other cloud callouts and bubbles.
By default, modern comments shows the comment marker only for the currently selected comment. However, you can set PowerPoint to show all comment markers on the slide at the same time. To change this setting, go to Review Comments Show Comments and select Show Advanced Markup.
Select the PowerPoint slide where you want to add a comment. Navigate and select the Review tab, and click the New comment section. Once the comments pane appears on your right side, type the comment you want to add to that PowerPoint slide.
View and reply to comments Select the comment icon on the slide. The Comments pane will open and you can see comments for that slide. Select Reply to respond to a comment.
Add notes to your slides On the View menu, click Normal. Select the thumbnail of the slide you want to add notes to. The notes pane will appear beneath your slide. Click where it says Click to add notes and type whatever notes youd like to add. To hide the notes pane, click the Notes button. on the task bar.
