Locate the document you want to mark up in Finder on your Mac, Control-click it, then select Quick Actions Markup. Alternatively, select the document, press the space bar to open it in Preview, then click the Markup button at the top-right corner of the window.
Turn on tracking: Choose Edit Track Changes (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen). If the review toolbar is showing above your document, you can also click Track Changes in the toolbar.
Customize bullets Select the list items with the bullets you want to change. In the Format sidebar, click the Style button near the top. Click the disclosure arrow next to Bullets Lists, then click the pop-up menu below Bullets Lists and choose a bullet style (text bullets, image bullets, or numbers).
If the list is in a text box, table, or shape, first click the Text tab at the top of the sidebar, then click the Style button. Indent: Type a number or click the arrows next to the Indent fields to set the distance from the left margin to the bullet and from the bullet text to the bullet, respectively.
Click anywhere in the document window to make it active, then choose File Save (from the File menu at the top of your screen). Enter a name in the Save As field, then enter one or more tags (optional).
To end the list, choose None from the Bullets Lists pop-up menu, then continue typing text without a list format applied. You can also end the list by pressing Return or Enter twice.
Every time you save a document, Pages saves it as a new version. As a result, you can browse earlier versions, save a copy of an earlier version, or restore a document to an earlier version.
Track changes to text Tap. at the top of the screen. Tap Change Tracking, then turn Change Tracking on. Tap the document to close the controls.
