yeah we were looking at the uh measuring bolt circles bolt circle being the distance between holes across from each other if we have as in this example and this is not strictly what you need to stay to but this is five holes I remember I figured this out remembered it years ago because I didnamp;#39;t always want to go to the page that tells you use this multiple for this many bolt holes youamp;#39;ll find that in your machineryamp;#39;s handbook but if you take the sine of half of the angle between your holes multiply that by your bolt circle that will give your distance between two holes so in this case here if we see weamp;#39;ve got five holes so our angle in between the holes would be half of the distance between the two holes or if we just double the number that weamp;#39;re working with so our holes which is five holes times two equaling ten we take that 10 and divide it by 360 gives us 36 degrees not for the angle between these holes is actually going to be 72. so if itam
