In today's video, we will be learning how to extract data from a jpg image file and plot it in Origin. To do this, you will need to download and use the open-source software called WebPlotDigitizer. After loading the image file, choose the 2D XY plot option and align the axes by selecting X and Y points. Set the axis ranges and then select the data points one by one. After selecting all points, view the data to see the plotted points.
