Procedure From the Config Tool home page, open the Cardholder management task. Select a cardholder, and then click Modify ( ). Click Advanced enrollment. From the Printer list, select your DTC printer model. From the Profile list, select the printer profile you added. Turn on all or some of the following options:

In Word, select File New. From the list of templates, search for Badge. Select one of the badge templates available. Fill in your name.
How do I generate Badges from my Portal? From your Clever Portal, navigate to your Dashboard. Once in the Dashboard, search for the student in the search bar. If the student does not have a Badge generated, select Create Clever Badge on the right-hand side of their Profile.

Badge Self-Registration Options Log into the PrinterLogic Self-service Portal. Click on Menu in the top right corner, hover the pointer over Authentication, and select Manage Badge. Enter your badge number into the provided field. Click Save.
What is Badge Printing? Badge printing will allow you to send a print job to a special printer that you on your computer and then walk up to any badge-enabled device on campus, scan your BVU ID card, and release your print(s).
It is also used to print multiple records at a time. Select the Print tab up in the blue banner. Select the Search and Print tab on the right hand side of the screen. Select the record(s) you would like to print by checking the boxes next to the record(s). You will be given a chance to preview your card(s).
