Daily blocks are chunks of the day where you divide your day into big or smaller chunks of hours or a few hours and where you actually decide what you will be doing in that part of the day. Let me show you. These are my daily blocks. I basically divided my day into these chunks that you can see. The morning part, the outing part, the nap part, the after daycare part and dinner and bed time and the night part and the sleeping part.
