To start a new project in Blackout, open the app and tap the "Create New" button at the top right. After creating your project, access the location screen to create multiple locations for better organization. To make changes or share your project, swipe left on the project or location. You can export your project to your preferred cloud service. To open a file, locate it in the cloud service and click "Copy to Blackout," which prompts you to choose where to import the project. In the project, the home screen displays all channels and intensities, while the keypad at the bottom allows adjustments. The left sidebar provides access to looks, groups, favorites, effects, and fixture controls for visual adjustments.
