In this video tutorial, Jewel Tolentino shows how to add a checkbox in DocHub. To do this, you need to be in the prepare form section. Click on the prepare form option to access the necessary tools. Once in prepare form mode, click on the checkbox icon to add a checkbox to your form. You can customize the checkbox and name it accordingly.
