hi Im Jeffrey Levinson and Im one of the customer advocates here in Melilla today Im going to show you how to export metrics from a lily billing the first thing to do is make sure that we are at the admin level on our relativity environment so go ahead and Ill head back to our admin level from there Im going to go up to the blackout tab and choose the configuration category here we will see all of our licensing information as well as an option to export metrics when you click on the date box youre going to have a few options by default we will select the last month but you can also select the month to date your whole license term or input a custom range for this exercise Ill keep it at the last one once thats selected Ill go ahead and click the download metrics button after thats done a zip file will be downloaded once thats downloaded you can go ahead and you can email that file to us at support at melilla comm along with a description of which instance the download was fo
