In this tutorial, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in docHub. To do so, you need to be in the prepare form section. You can access this section by clicking on the more tools tab and selecting prepare form. Once in this mode, you can add a checkbox by clicking on the icon with a box and a check mark. You can customize the checkbox and name it as needed. After previewing and clicking on it, the checkbox will be added to your form.
