Click on the Protect tab and select Mark for Redaction. Then go to the page where you want to hide text and select the text. You can also use the Search Redact option to search for a particular word and hide it on all pages at once.
There are several great tools in which you can use to edit a PDF. To display the Comment Markup toolbar, click View, Toolbars, then click on Comment Markup.
Use the toggle switch to show or hide all comments. Alternatively, use Ctrl+Shift+8 (Windows) or Command+Shift+8 (Mac OS).
Choose Tools Redact. On the Edit menu, choose Redact Text Images. Select the text or image in a PDF, right-click, and select Redact.
Click the Comment added in the PDF, and then press the Delete key on your keyboard to directly remove the comment. Alternatively, you can right-click the comment and select the Delete option.
To hide bookmarks in a PDF Open the document in the Document Editor. (How?) From the Format menu, select Document Properties. The Document Properties dialog box opens. Click Export. In the PDF area, clear the Show bookmarks in PDF check box. Click OK to return to the document.

Open the PDF, select Remove All Comments from the Comment menu by tapping the icon, and then save the file without the comments.
