Hide cell values Select the cell or range of cells that contains values that you want to hide. On the Home tab, click the Dialog Box Launcher. In the Category box, click Custom. In the Type box, select the existing codes. Type ;;; (three semicolons). Click OK.

To hide all unused rows using the context menu in Excel: Select the row header in the first empty row and then press CTRL + SHIFT + to select all the rows between the selected one and the last one.
Hiding rows Select the row or rows you want to hide. Click the Home tab in the Ribbon. In the Cells group, click Format. A drop-down menu appears. Click Visibility, select Hide Unhide and then Hide Rows.
