Talk to her more because I know that in this time of day theres a lot of scams going on and I was like, hey, is this legit? Like its just like, yes girl, t me, Im your leasing agent, excited and relieved to be getting a discount. Several residents took advantage of the offer. She ensured me that I would get a receipt and that I can go into y portable and see that she had pd the amount and just check my po. I had a balance and when I went back it was 0. She sent me a picture of the receipt and everything. It was d off, but things took a turn at 2 weeks

Evictions in Washington State generally take around three weeks from start to finish, but this can vary. There are many variables that impact the length of time the eviction process will take. Below is a sample timeline for eviction due to non-payment of rent.
If you comply with the eviction notice by either paying all the rent due and owing or correcting the lease violation, then, in Nevada, the landlord must not proceed with the eviction (see NRS 40.253 and 40.2516).
A tenant may have grounds to fight an eviction if any of the following apply: the tenant has paid rent in full. the tenant has fixed the problem described by the landlord. the landlord did not use the proper procedure for filing an eviction complaint.
Your landlord may be willing to stop the eviction if you agree to certain terms, such as paying rent you owe or stopping behavior that violates the lease. If you cant come to an agreement that prevents you from moving out, perhaps you can agree on a certain date and time for when you will move out of the rental unit.
If you pay all the rent due and owing within ten days of receiving the notice, then, in North Carolina, the landlord must not proceed with the eviction (see N.C. Gen. Stat. 42-3). If you are not able to pay the rent within the ten days allowed in the notice, then you should talk to your landlord.
A landlord may apply to terminate a tenancy on the basis the rental unit is needed for use by the landlord, the landlords spouse, a child or parent of the landlord or the landlords spouse or a person who provides or will provide care services to the landlord or landlords family.
Landlords can end tenancies early, with a general rule of at least 10 days notice for most situations, for the following reasons: Repeatedly not paying rent or paying rent late. Disturbing others enjoyment of the property or posing a safety threat. Damage to the property or bdocHubes of the rental agreement.
As with similar collection actions, this can remain on your credit report for seven years.
