hey there so I want to do a review of these blackout curtains it comes in this little pouch I already have it out so I can show you but its got great suction cups on here so Im going to show you how bright it is here on this window I figure thats the easiest way to show you visibly so it sticks up you can see theyre very easy to set up like it sticks through and look at look at how much darker it already is so this is a bigger window than the actual size which is why its not fully blacked out but this was the best option I had to show you for like filming and stuff because otherwise the one thats in the bedroom is like weird and I couldnt show you how it works but it sticks super nice like theyre sturdy theres a bunch the whole way up and down the sides theres little suction cups so that way it doesnt move like once its placed its gonna stay this is great I can definitely recommend and its portable too so if you travel a lot you can fold it up and stick it in the pouch he

Window film, a laminate capable of blocking up to 99 percent of UV radiation, is an effective solution thats often underused.
MYTH: It is installed to prevent theft and intruders from entering a business. FACT: Safety and security window film will not prevent someone that wants to enter a property from entering. It is, however, designed to slow an intruder down and make it more difficult to get through the glass.
The short answer is yes. While most of the time you can see through window film, visibility depends on the lighting inside and outside your house.
Use a portable blackout blind If you have thought far enough in advance, investing in a portable blackout blind like the Gro Anywhere Blind is a fantastic option for making any hotel room or sleep space in a vacation home much darker and more peaceful.
Unlike window tint, which only reduces light, blackout film keeps all light out, thus protecting your fabrics from fading, ensuring a darkened room for sleeping, and providing privacy. Window film is treated with pigments and dyes that block light, which also blocks heat and lowers your cooling costs.
The short answer is: no. Most window films do not create complete privacy at night. For instance, one-way privacy or mirror films can create a very private space during the day. Its mirror effect creates privacy because the light outside is generally brighter than the light inside during the day.
You can easily and cheaply use tin foil or cardboard to black out your windows. Save a pretty penny by cutting either material to the size of your windows and taping it to the window.
DIY Blackout Techniques: Budget-Friendly Ways to Temporarily Block Light Cardboard cut-outs: You can cut cardboard to the size of your window and secure it in place. Fabric cover: Attach a dark fabric or blanket over your windows using command hooks or similar non-damaging attachments.
