this is the portable Blackout Shade now with the shade comes a measuring tape and with this tape what you should do is measure out your windows so I have 80 inches by 45 so what I did personally because I already have Shades installed behind I had to measure out the sill itself not just the window and once I measured the sill here I added an extra inch to each side and that is what I cut the piece of Blackout Shade to now Ive made it an inch bigger on each side just to have some extra overlapping just in case I made any mistakes and once you cut it you get these two sheets here one with a velcro adhesive and the other with the counterpart and what you do is you get onto the window and you put one half of the velcro onto the sill or onto the window itself and and the other piece goes directly onto the Blackout Shade now once you put those up it is just as easy as velcroing them in and you are all set to go now its very easy to take down as well I personally take it down fold it up and
