Did you ever see one of those boxy QR codes somewhere. Like now we see them all the time in restaurants to be able to view the menu on your iPhone. Well you donamp;#39;t need any special app to use one of those. They just link to an URL and you could do it in the Camera app on your iPhone. So just activate the Camera, point it at one of these QR codes and youamp;#39;ll get a little notification at the top. You tap that and it will take you right to the URL. Note that there is a setting for this in Settings under Camera thereamp;#39;s Scan QR Codes. So make sure you have that turned on.

Scannability issues can result from several factors, including poor QR Code placement, blurry images, and improper QR Code size.
Dont put too much content into a QR Code If you put a lot of content into the code you will end up in an ocean of pixels where the corner elements get really small. This can create problems for QR code readers to scan your code and make it even unreadable.
To reduce the size of your QR code, you can do three things. Lower the character count, lower the error correction, and remove a central graphic if it exists. Large QR codes can slow down scanning. Decreasing QR codes keeps them true to their name.
Understanding the Structure of QR Codes Alignment Pattern: Smaller black and white nested squares that ensure the code can be read even if the code is skewed or on a curved surface. They tell the reader software where to place the grid.
But does a QR code must be black and white? Of course not. QR code can be either colorful or recognizable only if it can be detected in binarization. Colorful QR code can not only leave people a deeper impression, but it can also convey more information than standard QR code.
At the other extreme, you could also obstruct a QR code enough to confuse some readers, by putting noise in the quiet-zone, which could make a QR code unreadable without obstructing any of the data.
Basic unit in QR Code, black indicates 1, white indicates 0.
A lot of apps for scanning your QR Code are expecting the code to have a darker contrast to the background, so if you scan a code with white foreground it will not work for everyone.
