hi Im Carl Taylor photographer and instructor hi everyone Im also a photographer and consultant at brown color and us were going to do another how-to video this ones quite interesting because with photographing a serous light as a product shot and youre using serous lights to photograph it exactly here zero shoots itself first so weve got a serous at the back there with a big soft box and theres the product this is this is not were not using this to light this is the subject were taking a picture of talk me through whats going on here whats what whats happening in my eyes the easiest trick to do this is to have a huge softbox just behind the object and this of course would create here some white rain now the white shine works perfectly if the background is dark what they would not work nice on the softbox so thats why I use here this flag in between so you get this lovely rim light all the way around the product or black on black but separating a little bit like the auberg
