happy Monday weve got bench today um so last week was week three of the block usually well reset um but last week ended up going so well for bench that were gonna progress it one more week so today we have another three by four Spoto and that means Friday we will have another three by three three regular bench press weve got some pause work after all that fun stuff but um Wednesday well have a little bit different squat rips and sets and then deadlift were kind of just chugging along so this week for our top weights we are supposed to hit 325 for our bench for Spoto today and then for regular on Friday so well see what happens um feeling exhausted today we will adjust when were warming up well see how were feeling but uh lets try to hit that top set today good set of four on Spoto at least if not the 325 will repeat the 315 from last week make it move a little better or just feel the weight again um and keep progressing we compete on a Sunday so we are literally 11 weeks and
