A warranty deed guarantees the grantor has legal title to the property and promises the buyer ownership rights. Recording is not required but if done, the document must be acknowledged.

It's important to note that compatible and aftermarket cartridges are different from counterfeit cartridges that are labeled as OEM products but are actually fraudulent. As long as your third-party ink cartridges are labeled as such, they're totally legal to buy and use.
It is illegal for any printer manufacturer to void your printer's warranty for simply using a generic cartridge. In case you are using compatible inks and your printer is experiencing an unrelated problem, it should be covered under the device warranty without question.
This error message is usually the result of a cartridge that is not firmly seated in its designated slot. To troubleshoot the problem, begin by completely removing the cartridge from its port. Reinstall the cartridge by positioning it so that it snaps into place and is securely fastened in its slot.
Printers that use two cartridges (one black, one tri-color) can print if one cartridge is empty. To continue printing, remove the empty cartridge from the printer. If a Single-cartridge mode message displays, select OK. If you are using the black cartridge, prints are in black and white (grayscale).
Under 'properties' you'll come across the option of colors in 'Ink place '. As you're out of Black ink, then select the option for 'color set' and press 'apply'. Navigate your cursor to 'caliber option'. Check the box (choose ) on 'grayscale' and press 'okay ' to bound the printing to Black & White.
The printer will automatically go into the single-cartridge mode. Then, you can print with just the black ink cartridge if you wanted to. So, you don't have to replace the tricolor ink cartridge.
