guys Jackson here by Carla Joy today weamp;#39;re going to be talking about how to identify real versus Jade with just a black light nice okay so in order to understand why or how we can tell with just a black light is that when you know Jade is treated here are some examples of treated Jade and again these are only for educational purposes to show our customers what Jade is and what to stay away from so what what happens is they take some really low quality Jake foreign opaque not very see-through and the texture is you know really terrible what they would do is bleach and polymer impregnated with resin and that resin when itamp;#39;s impregnated it will create this kind of fluorescence under under the black light okay so hereamp;#39;s an example of natural Jade under the black light here Iamp;#39;ll show you guys so you can see itamp;#39;s just kind of the black just the blue purple light going through and itamp;#39;s not not really any uh you know neon fluorescence or anything
