hi guys in this video Im going to show you how you can remove highlights and background colors from pasted text in Microsoft Word and Im going to tell you three methods that you can use so as you can see I pasted this text from the internet and it has this blue background color on it and I want to remove it so the first method that Im going to use is that I am going to highlight this entire text then on my keyboard Im going to select control and space and there we have it the Highlight is removed now this works in different versions of Microsoft Word Im currently using Microsoft Word 2010 but it will also work in 2013 and 2016 and two other methods that I want to show you if that one that I just showed you didnt work you can highlight the entire text make sure youre on your Home tab then you want to go to the paragraph section and you want to click this little paint pan and then you want to ensure that no color is selected and the other method that I want to show you is that you

How to Black Out Text in PDF Without Redacting? Open the PDF file you want to edit in the PDFgear. Use the highlighter tool under the Annotate tab to choose the text you want to black out. Choose the color you want to use to black out the text. Repeat these steps for any additional text you want to black out.
Using your mouse cursor, highlight the text you want to redact. A temporary red redaction box appears to let you confirm the text you wish to obscure. Click Apply Redaction, then be sure to save a copy of the document. The text is now permanently obscured.
You can certainly black out text in your PDF without redacting it. In docHub Pros Protect toolbox, you can also set the option to black out the marker. You can go to the Protect Tool to hide sensitive information.
Step # 3: Highlight the text you want to black out. Step # 4: Right-click on the highlighted text and select Properties from the dropdown menu. Step # 5: In the Properties window, click on the Fill tab. Step # 6: Choose the color you want to use to black out the text.

Heres how to black out text in a PDF: Open your PDF in docHub. Select Tools, then Redact. Select text. Either double-click to select the text or drag to select lines of text. Apply redaction. Once youve selected the text you want to remove, click Save to apply the changes and save the document.
