so your contract comes along and youre getting to sign it and you think alls good but theres a little problem the name of the employer doesnt match the name of the company on the door it says zanthus but the companys called custom Kelk whats going on there now theyre going to say ah it doesnt matter its all the same thing but it does matter so they might be Zenus trading trading as custom Kelk but then it must be reflected as such in your contract otherwise if something happens and you go to the ccma youre going to say I work for custom celk youve signed your contract of employment you can always check your pay slips to figure out who is paying you make sure that you are taking the right company to the ccma and youre not going to get a paper judgment against something that does not exist
