Apple Mail is actually pretty powerful so if you rely on it for your day-to-day communication letamp;#39;s make sure that you get the most out of it first of all I highly recommend that you set up a flagging system to triage your email letamp;#39;s say I have an email right here that Iamp;#39;d like to reply to later I can just give it a flag and maybe this email I want to reply to it later as well so Iamp;#39;ll flag it and letamp;#39;s say thereamp;#39;s an email here that I donamp;#39;t necessarily want to reply to it later but I want to have quick access to it I want to flag that one as well now what I can do is Click flagged over here in the sidebar and hey hereamp;#39;s all of my emails that I need later but we can do better than this we can use different colors of flags so letamp;#39;s say that weamp;#39;re going to use the color yellow for emails that I want to set aside for quick access later and I want to use a different color letamp;#39;s say blue for emails that

Way 3: Advanced Blocking Method Open the Mail app on your Mac. In the top menu bar, select Mail. From the drop-down menu, choose Settings. In the pop-up window, navigate to the top-right and click the Junk Mail tab. Click on Blocked. Add email addresses to the block list by clicking the + button.
In the Messages app on your Mac, choose Messages Settings, click iMessage, then click Blocked. Do one of the following: Block a contact: Click the Add button , then select a name in the list of contacts. Remove a blocked contact: Select a name or number in the list of blocked callers, then click the Remove button .
Open System Settings Internet Accounts, select the account and turn Mail off.
Redacting the email content if text is still present that needs redacting right click the word (or make a selection) and right click and choose redact.
In the Mail app on your Mac, select a message from the sender you want to block. Move the pointer next to their name in the message header, click the arrow, then choose Block Contact.
In dark mode, the regular text emails and rich text emails are shown in dark mode by default. In fact, even when you include an image, the text appears in a light color on a dark background. Apple mail has a tendency to adjust font colors. This, in turn, transforms the white text into black and vice versa.
