[Music] hey everyone this is ali with triple c and in this video we are going to discuss how to block your customers from selecting certain dates on your triple seat direct inquiry form triple c direct is a great tool that allows your customers to directly add event details into the system for you however we can appreciate that you will not want your customers to select a date that will not work typically blackout dates are used for holidays or one-off days that your venue will be closed if you are looking to block a full date or dates from being selected via triple seat direct for all locations within your group you will first want to head into your settings under triple seat direct click into configuration and then scroll down to blackout dates here is where you will individually select the dates where a customer should not be able to book an event on the inquiry form for your entire group keep in mind that selecting a blackout date here only blocks availability on your triple seat
