all right want to take this time to show you what happens to my camera when it does not work well second I can only remind I thought I could focus on the computer but I canamp;#39;t um this is a new battery um power button is right here if I turn down goes to the black screen and stays there the lens stays frozen and just remains in the black screen canamp;#39;t press any buttons and the only way to get around this is to close it up maybe even that doesnamp;#39;t do anything the only way to get around this is to unplug the battery plug it back in and turn it on and maybe nope not even that time there is another way that can sometimes do it I take the battery out put it back in instead press this button which allows me to just like play whateveramp;#39;s on the camera this menu can pop up sometimes and then you can select something and then press it again and sometimes youamp;#39;re able to get out of this but Iamp;#39;m just trying to give you an idea about what happens when this
