okay in this video were going to be talking about the business model canvas which is a popular tool that is used to map out and communicate a business model its used by lots of companies and different institutions and its fairly easy to get and what i like about the business model canvas is one it forces you to think about the very important aspects of a business model which we talked about in the last video so if you havent watched that i would recommend going back and taking a look at that but it also is creates kind of a common and shared language and so its once its mapped out its very easy to communicate with employees or staff or anyone else and so i like it for those reasons so were going to be going through the business model canvas and im going to show you how to use this what i would recommend just for further reading is a book called business model generation you can find it online on amazon and i dont believe its terribly expensive but it goes into the business m
