you can use my ZIP code lookup template to find city county and state from a list of zip codes just enter a zip code into that column and youamp;#39;ll Auto populate the city county and state if you have an entire list of zip codes just copy them and paste them into the column and they will all populate if you enter a zip code thatamp;#39;s not actually a zip code itamp;#39;ll give you an error message and you can just delete it you can summarize all the zip codes by going down to the analyze tab in red youamp;#39;ll see it down in just a few seconds go ahead click over to that tab then go up to the table click in it go to the pivot table tab on the ribbon click refresh that will refresh all the data and now youamp;#39;ll have summarized data for City County and state download link in the comments
