How to add hyperlinks in a PDF. Choose Tools Edit PDF Link Add or Edit. Drag a rectangle where you want to create a link. In the Create Link dialog box that appears, choose your link appearance. Select the destination for your hyperlink.
Steps to turn a PDF into a web page. Open the file you want to convert in your PDF editor. Select the Create Edit button on the right-side toolbar. Click Export PDF at the top of the window. This is likely due to saving the file to PDF through printing, which flattens the document and renders the hyperlinks inactive. Alternatively, if converting from another file format to PDF, the URLs may not be automatically detected if Create links from URLs is not enabled in Acrobat.
