so sometimes the Excel value is much bigger than the width of the Excel cell so in that case if you want to arrive at the text what you do is right click on that cell and then click on format and there you can find alignment option that mean tab there you can click on wrap text and click on OK so just see how this cell changes so as you can see the text is wrapped so this cell will height width will change to accommodate that text wrapping and this is how we can just format the cells and the wrap the text in that so you can also align the text horizontal vertical alignment you cannot just using these options so if you liked this video hit like button thank you

Embed fonts in Word or PowerPoint Click the File tab and then click Options (its near the bottom left corner of the window). In the left column, select the Save tab. At the bottom, under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select the Embed fonts in the file check box. Click OK.
How to set a default font in Excel Open Excel. To begin, open the Excel application on your desktop. Open the Options dialog box. Select your desired font style and size. Check your settings. Save the changes. Try out numerous fonts. Ask for feedback.
set a default font/size for google sheets? Go to the Sheets menu Format Theme. With the Standard theme preselected, click on Customize button in the top right. From the Font dropdown you can choose the font you wish to use as the default. Note that the available fonts are limited to: Arial.
However, you can change the default font and font size for all new workbooks that you create. On the Excel menu, click Preferences. Under Authoring, click General. In the Default font and Font size boxes, select a new font and font size. Click OK. Close and restart Excel.
To do this, click on the tab of the first worksheet, hold the Shift key, and click on the tab of the last worksheet. This will group all the sheets in the workbook together as shown in the screenshot below. Apply any formatting you like to any of the worksheets. That same formatting will be applied to all sheets.
Click File Info Manage Embedded Fonts. In the Fonts dialog box, select the font, and then do one of the following: To embed the font when the font has been set to not be embedded, click Embed. To change the embedding status to Dont embed when the font has been set to be embedded, click Dont embed.
Change the font on all sheets by selecting all cells and changing the font. Select all worksheets by clicking on the leftmost tab, holding down the Shift key and clicking on the rightmost tab. On any of the worksheets, select all cells: Change the font.
