Plastic comb binding is perfect for long documents. The largest combs are 2 in diameter and can bind up to 425 pages. The big combs are oval-shaped instead of circular and they have locks on them to keep your document together. Also, plastic combs come in a number of different colors.
Binding document is the process of assembling printed paper sheets into a stack and joining them together with an adhesive or mechanism such as a wire, staple, comb, ring or strip. Most bound documents consist of a front cover, back cover and inside pages.
To be considered legally binding, a document must include the valid signatures of all parties entering into an agreement and outline all the duties and responsibilities each has to the other(s).
Thermal Binding Once the document has been printed, the pages are stacked on top of one another and a strip of glue is applied to the spine. A fabric strip is then applied onto the glue and the whole document is then inserted into a special machine that melts the glue and allows the pages to bind together.
Perfect Binding: Adheres the edges of the pages together and attaches a cover with a special glue to create a flat spine. Wire-O Binding: Done by inserting a wire or coil through holes punched along the edge of the pages to create a secure binding. Case Binding: A rigid cover with a flat spine, like a hardcover book.
A binding contract is any agreement thats legally enforceable. That means if you sign a binding contract and dont fulfill your end of the bargain, the other party can take you to court.
Of all the available binding methods, thermal binding is the easiest of them all. To use this method, simply place your document in a thermal binding cover, put the cover in the machine and wait for a minute to a minute and a half.
The verb bind means to tie, secure, or fasten as with string or rope. When you put a Christmas tree on the top of your car, you need to bind it with twine to make sure it stays there while you drive. The past tense of bind is bound. To bind is also to create an emotional attachment.
