Welcome, everybody. My name is Frank is sitting somewhere, and this is already my first comment. It feels more like a rock concert than a conference to me because Iamp;#39;m blinded by the lights to speak on Manfred Mann. And Iamp;#39;m just missing my bass guitar to to go to this. And OK, so you can help me get this feeling of a rock concert by cheering in the middle of a conference. And so I want to take you on a quick journey about accessible and text PDF with latex and by the end and all requests and in the talk as well. So I hope we can then also on your question or she can if I canamp;#39;t, which is likely. OK, so letamp;#39;s go hereamp;#39;s is kind of the scenery Iamp;#39;ll give you a bit of background on later, OK, because not everybody in the audience might know that tool so well in contrast to I guess PDF, I will also talk a little bit about PDF and the challenges and the resulting opportunities around that. And so letamp;#39;s start. Natick itself has a very long

Referencing Figures \label{marker} The marker can be seen as a name that we give to the object that we want to reference. \ref{marker} \pageref{marker} \begin{figure}[h!] \includegraphics[scale=1.7]{birds.jpg} \caption{The birds} \label{fig:birds} \end{figure}
If you want LaTeX to automatically number or re-number equations in a document you should insert the text \label{EqLabel} after the equation and inside the equation environment, where EqLabel is any label you choose, possibly to help you to remember the equation, e.g.
# is a special character in LaTeX, to show a hash you need to use \# (so for your example \emph{\#dta} works).
tagging is a LATEX package to help you easily to produce multiple editions of a document from a single source, or to reuse varying parts of an input file to produce more than one result at different places in a single document.
The \title{..} command is used to specify a title for your document, where the title is entered in the curly brackets. The \author{..} and \date{..} commands are used to display information regarding the document authors name and the date of the document.
To use this, we first define a label at the section (or equation, table, etc.) we want to reference, using the \label{} command, e.g. The argument to the \label command is just a text string that youll use to reference that part.
There are three commands here that work the same in the example: \\ (two backslashes) \newline. \hfill \break.
Tables in LaTeX can be generated using the tabular environment and the \begin{tabular} and \end{tabular} commands. To generate your table, first include the table specifications in curly brackets next to the \begin{tabular} command.
