[Applause] [Applause] in this episode letamp;#39;s tackle style bindings and class bindings just as a little bit of setup all I have here is just my view CLI app and all Iamp;#39;ve done is just for my body Iamp;#39;ve increased the font size and lined its center and put a little bit of padding over the top I havenamp;#39;t added anything important just yet so imagine this imagine that we had this piece of data in our website letamp;#39;s just say itamp;#39;s a value of some sort and I want to conditionally change the background or maybe give it an underline so hereamp;#39;s what Iamp;#39;m thinking so letamp;#39;s create a div and inside of it weamp;#39;ll just put one two three but then imagine that you have some piece of data so letamp;#39;s add our data object here remember itamp;#39;s a function that returns an object and letamp;#39;s just say error an error is originally going to be set equal to false so if error is true then I want a red back

The Kendo UI CSS ( css ) binding sets a predefined CSS class of the target DOM element to a Boolean View-Model value. Changing the View-Model value via code is going to either add, or remove the CSS class of the DOM element.
The parameter value should be a string that corresponds to the CSS class or classes that you want to add to the element. If the parameter references an observable value, the binding will update the classes whenever the value changes, removing any previously added classes and adding the class or classes from new value.
Two Way Data Binding in javascript Set the initial value of the input field based on the data model (e.g., display the users name if its already stored). Detect changes in the input field (when the user types their name). Update the data model with the new value from the input field.
The perfect bound technique uses glues to hold the pages to the spine. Importantly, the spine is part of the front cover. So, the front cover is bent to create the spine and then the pages are glued to this small section.
Binding HTML Classes When isActive or hasError changes, the class list will be updated ingly. For example, if hasError becomes true , the class list will become static active text-danger .
The style binding adds or removes one or more style values to the associated DOM element. This is useful, for example, to highlight some value in red if it becomes negative, or to set the width of a bar to match a numerical value that changes.
Binding syntax The binding name should generally match a registered binding (either built-in or custom) or be a parameter for another binding. If the name matches neither of those, Knockout will ignore it (without any error or warning). So if a binding doesnt appear to work, first check that the name is correct.
