okay sometimes i get projects where i have to send a lot of shipments to a lot of different customers so i get an address list that has 50 different names and addresses on it and i have to create 50 different labels in fedex which takes a really long time i knew that there had to be a better way to import all the addresses instead of typing them in one by one to upload addresses into fedex you first have to save your fedex file as a csv file and then save it to your desktop or any other folder you want after that youamp;#39;ll go into the our fedex account and youamp;#39;ll hit our name and go down to address book youamp;#39;ll click import export at the top import it to your personal address book import as recipient choose your file that you just saved youamp;#39;ll click map my fields to the fedex import template i think this is the easiest way to do it then youamp;#39;ll map each column to where it should go into the address field click use this mapping and it will import when

As a result, usually pigment-containing stains will also include a small amount of a binder which helps to adhere the pigments to the wood. A common binder would be a drying oil such as linseed oil.
What does DAPI stain? DAPI binds to and stains double-stranded DNA, preferably binding to A-T-rich regions in DNA. DAPI stain is excited by ultraviolet (UV) light, with its largest excitation wavelength at ~360nm, and it produces a vibrant blue color with its largest emission wavelength at ~460nm when bound to DNA.
A simple-to-use fluorescent stain, 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI), visualizes nuclear DNA in both living and fixed cells. DAPI staining was used to determine the number of nuclei and to assess gross cell morphology. Following light microscopic analyses, the stained cells were processed for electron microscopy.
DAPI (pronounced DAPPY, /ˈdpiː/), or 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole, is a fluorescent stain that binds strongly to adeninethymine-rich regions in DNA. It is used extensively in fluorescence microscopy.
Methylene blue (MB) is a phenothiazine derivative dye that produces a blue color when dissolved in water. It is used as a nucleic acid stain for its ability to bind DNA and RNA.
DAPI (4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole) is a blue-fluorescent DNA stain that exhibits ~20-fold enhancement of fluorescence upon binding to AT regions of dsDNA. It is excited by the violet (405 nm) laser line and is commonly used as a nuclear counterstain in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and chromosome staining.
DAPI can also bind to RNA, evidently through AU-selective intercalation, though the DAPI/RNA complex emits at a longer wavelength (500 nm) and with only an ~20% increase in quantum yield.
Hoechst 33342 binds to adenine-thymine-rich regions of DNA in the minor groove. On binding to DNA, the fluorescence greatly increases.
