this is going to be way out of my comfort zone but as of yesterday afternoon I was really upset um because I figured out that for the past six years I have been binding incorrectly now the what I think is the correct way might be incorrect I donamp;#39;t know the only tutorials I had to go off of were these tiny people with basically no chest and I want to remedy that so people like me know who might not know so this might get taken down wherever I put it but I am covered thereamp;#39;s no and I will do my best to not show them anyway so I will use my half binder um because half binders arenamp;#39;t the best for people with bigger chests but this is my best binder because it is one of my newer ones and yeah basically thatamp;#39;s it you put it on and you donamp;#39;t touch it flat and basically no cleavage now how I had been binding is I would do that pull it down and then I would docHub in pull up and reposition and see Iamp;#39;m left with like these weird shapes and it shows
