The best seat in the house for the London screenings of Wimbledon Finals weekend has to be on Henman Hill/Murray Mound, a grassy area behind Court No. 1 where ground pass holders can pay around 25 to watch the tennis on the Wimbledon grounds.
Grounds Admission (General Admission) - Provides first-come, first-served access to Louis Armstrong Stadium, the Grandstand and all of the field courts. Grounds Admissions are only sold for the first eight days of the tournament.
Grounds passes give you the freedom to traverse the entire tournament with the exception of the Arthur Ashe and Louis Armstrong courts. Giving up the Ashe and Louis Armstrong courts is a small price for having an array of tennis for your viewing pleasure.
The most expensive tickets are for the best seats in the house: at Centre Court sporting Price Band A. Tickets start at 75 on Day 1, and they climb all the way up to 240 on Day 13 and Day 14 of the tournament.
Ground Pass Tickets The ultimate Wimbledon experience, the grounds pass enables you to access all courts including No. 3 Court, Court 12 and Court 18, as well as The Hill, where we screen the action from Centre and No. 1 Courts. Grounds passes are priced at 27, and at the reduced price of 18 after 5pm.
You have four ticket options. The stadiums are Phillippe Chatrier, Suzanne Lenglen, and Simonne-Mathieu. They each offer reserved seating. Ticket prices vary depending on the level of access, the number of tickets purchased and the round being played on the day of the ticket.
The Ground Pass gives you access to all the outdoor courts and Melbourne Arena, while separate Stadium Tickets will upgrade your access to include Margaret Court Arena or Rod Laver Arena.
In addition to the main courts (Centre Court, Court 1, Court 2), you can also get Grounds tickets, which basically let you into the Wimbledon grounds and into any unreserved seat on courts 3 through 18.
In tennis, the seats that allow viewers the best vantage point to watch the game are at the baseline or corner seats. The baseline allows you to be able to see where the ball lands without straining your neck to track the ball back and forth, like you would if you sat in sideline seats.
How much for centre court tickets at Wimbledon? As mentioned earlier, the minimum price for centre court tickets for 2023 Wimbledon will be 70 on the first two days of the tournament and rise to 230 for the final.
