How do I print my spreadsheets? With the spreadsheet open, go to File Page Preview in the drop-down menus. In the window that appears, use the navigation buttons on the tool bar to view the print. To close the preview window, click the Close Preview button to the right of the navigation buttons on the toolbar.
Print the booklet or newsletter Click File Print. In the Print dialog box, under Printer, select a printer that can print on 11 x 17 or tabloid paper. Under Settings, select the following: Print All Pages. Booklet, side-fold. Select any other options that you want, and then click OK to print the publication.
On /File /Print, press the Properties button. On the Window that opens select the Page tab and choose your duplex options , including the binding edge.
Setting the area to be printed Go to the desired sheet. Click and drag to select (highlight) the area of the sheet to be printed. Select Format Print Ranges Add from the main menu. Repeat the above steps for each sheet of the file to be printed.
If your printer supports automatic printing on both sides, take these steps: Select File Print. Under Two-sided, select Booklet. Tip: For a professional touch, consider adding page numbers in the header or the footer.
Start OpenOffice. Click Format and Page to open a dialog window. Click File and Print, then select the Page Layout tab. Click the Brochure button, select Back sides / Left pages from the Page sides drop-down and click Print to print the left-side pages.
