Most Microsoft Office apps play nicely together, and Word and PowerPoint are no exception. In this lesson, youamp;#39;ll learn how to add a Word document to your PowerPoint presentation. The first way that you can do this is to go to the Insert tab and choose Object. Letamp;#39;s choose Create from file, and then browse to where our Word document is stored. For our first example, lets tick this Display as icon and then press OK. Now, you can see there is a word document icon here in the presentation. This file is actually inside the PowerPoint file now. And you can double click it to open it up inside of Word. Even if you send this presentation to someone else, the Word document is inside and they can access it. Another way that you can work with a Word document is to insert some of the content from inside it into the presentation. On the slide, select the chart that you want to change. When you do so, two contextual tabs appear on the ribbon: Chart Design and Format. If you do not see the Chart Design and Format tabs, make sure that you click the chart to select it. On Chart Design tab, in the Data group, select Edit Data. Select File Info. Select Protect Presentation, point to Restrict Access, and then select Restricted Access. In the Permission dialog box, select Restrict permission to this presentation, and then assign the access levels that you want for each user.
Select Check for Issues Inspect Document. Select the types of content that you want to inspect, and then select Inspect. Review the results. For each type of content that you want to remove from the document, select Remove All.
Put an action button on your slide On the Insert tab, select Shapes, and then, under Action Buttons at the bottom of the menu, click the button shape that you want to add. On the slide canvas, click drag to draw the shape for the button.
How do I add a Confidential watermark to my slides? Go to View Slide Master. Insert a text box and type Confidential (or your message).
Click on the Check for Issues button, and then choose Inspect Document. Click on Inspect down in the bottom right corner. It will return the results, and the one you are concerned with is Document Properties and Personal Information. If you want to get rid of it, click on Remove All.
You can find and remove hidden information in your PowerPoint presentations by using the Document Inspector.
Try it! Open the document that you want to inspect for hidden data and personal information. Select File Info. Select Check for Issues Inspect Document. Select the types of content that you want to inspect, and then select Inspect. Review the results.
Go to Home Tab, select Sensitivity. Unselect it from the Sensitivity menu try to remove it. Please note that if your organization requires labels on all files you wont be able to remove it. For more inforamtion: Apply sensitivity labels to your files and email in Office.
