X-Sign Broadcast is a wireless announcement system that allows you to push real-time messages and content to your BenQ displays. You can push alerts, reminders, and warnings using text, office and multimedia files, and customizable templates. To enable this feature, you must first bind your display to X-Sign Broadcast. You can do this in two ways. The first method is to use the X-Sign Broadcast webpage for displays that have already been bound to DMS. The second method is to use the DMS app via QR code. First, go to x-signbroadcast.benq.com/ifpequipment and log in to your BenQ account. On the Equipment Management tab, click the plus icon and then select Join the service. Select the displays you wish to bind, then click Next. You can also tag devices in this window, making it easier to push content to groups of displays. Afterwards, click Join. To bind a display using the DMS app, first ensure that your display is connected to the internet and then launch Broadcast Settings. If yo
