what is going on everybody Iamp;#39;m back with another video uh today is going to be another DIY video about how I make my um my leather journals so on the table I here here I have a variety of journals that Iamp;#39;ve made um and thereamp;#39;s very thereamp;#39;s a few different styles I do I usually love these kind of wraparound ones and this one in particular has been tooled uh so it has like a little bamboo Motif on it uh other ones I make are just kind of like the Plain Jane Journal here these are a long Stitch with a link stitch on uh across the top here uh and the and occasionally Iamp;#39;ll go in and Iamp;#39;ll Iamp;#39;ll do this kind of uh weathering on the journals to make it look uh kind of older and more beat up and another thing that Iamp;#39;ve been doing is uh this oneamp;#39;s my personal carry you can tell this one does not have a wraparound cover but just a simple band that keeps it uh all closed up uh this was an experimental Journal that I did but any

Hold down the Shift key while you click two or more shapes that are touching or overlapping. In the Format sidebar, click the Arrange tab. Click an arrangement button at the bottom of the sidebar: Unite: Combines the selected shapes into a single shape.
Fill with an image Click a shape or text box to select it, or select multiple objects. In the Format sidebar, click the Style tab. Click the disclosure arrow next to Fill, then click the Fill pop-up menu and choose Image Fill or choose Advanced Image Fill if you want to add a tint to the image.
Click a shape to select it. Select Format Shapes and Lines Make Editable (from the Format menu at the top of your screen). Double-click a white handle to change a line from curved to straight.

Lock or unlock objects Tap an object to select it or select multiple objects. Tap. , tap Arrange, then tap Lock. If you dont see Lock, the object is set to Move with Text. Turn off Move with Text and try again.
Crop an image to a shape After inserting the image, youll see the Picture Format tab in the ribbon. On the Picture Format tab, select the arrow next to Crop . Go to Crop to Shape and then select the shape from the available options. The shape is immediately applied to the image.
Click PICTURE TOOLS FORMAT Size and click the arrow under Crop. If you dont see the Picture Tools and Format tabs, make sure that you selected a picture. Click Fill or Fit. Fill sets the picture size to match the shapes height or width, whichever is greatest.
To mask an image with a shape, click the image to select it, choose Format Image Mask With Shape, then choose a shape. Drag the handles on the shape to adjust its dimensions. You can also mask an image with your own drawn shape.
