Ctrl+Page down is the shortcut key to move to the next sheet in a workbook.
Ctrl + Enter is the keyboard shortcut in MS-Word that starts a new page.
To put a blank page into your Word document, place the cursor where you want the new page to begin and then select Insert Blank Page. The blank page opens, ready for whatever you want to add. Another option when you need a little space is to insert a page break.
To insert a page break, use the shortcut Ctrl + Enter, or go to the Insert tab and select Page Break from the Pages group.
In Microsoft word, gutter margins adds extra space to documents existing margins to allow for the documents binding. Gutter margins are designed to add more space to the normal margins of a document that will be bound together; this ensures that none of the text will be obscured once the binding is in place.

Right-click and then select Link. Under Link to, click Place in This Document. In the list, select the heading or bookmark that you want to link to. Note: To customize the Screen Tip that appears when you rest the pointer over the hyperlink, click ScreenTip, and then type the text that you want.
