to create this outline text effect duplicate your image then click on remove background next enable the type tool and type over your image now duplicate the text layer and drag the duplicate in between the two image layers then select the top text layer and reduce the fill to zero percent and apply a stroke these are my settings now this is where the magic happens click on both layers by holding Ctrl and then click on the link icon now when you move one layer both will move at the same time these are the steps
